The day-to-day

What Ledger Liev does every week

Four jobs that currently live in a spreadsheet, a folder of receipts and your memory. Ledger Liev does them as they happen.

account_balance

Your bank feed, live

Connect your accounts once and every payment lands in Ledger Liev as it happens. No statement downloads, no catching up.

category

Sorted before you look

Every payment is categorised the way you would have done it. Correct one and the rule sticks for next time.

receipt_long

Receipts off your camera roll

Snap a receipt and it is matched to the right payment and filed with your records for tax time.

description

Tax ready, always

Your books stay in the shape your accountant asks for, so year end is a handover rather than a scramble.

Cash flow

One screen that answers where you stand

Open Ledger Liev and the first thing you see is this week's position: money in, money committed, and what is genuinely left. It moves as your bank does, so there is no month-end guesswork and nothing to reconcile by hand.

Getting started

How it works

There is no migration project and nothing to import. Here is the whole setup, start to finish.

1

Connect your accounts

Link your bank, card and payment accounts through your bank's own login. Ledger Liev reads them, and can never move money. About ten minutes.

2

Check what we have sorted

Your last twelve months appear, already categorised. Fix anything that looks wrong and the rule applies from then on.

3

Get on with your work

It runs quietly from there. Come tax time, invite your accountant or export the lot in the format they already use.

Getting paid

Invoices that chase themselves

Bill from the hours or the quote you already logged, send it, and let Ledger Liev watch the due date. It nudges your client before the date passes and again after, so you are never the one writing the awkward email.

  • notifications_active

Reminders that send on your schedule

  • pending_actions

Every unpaid invoice in one list

  • credit_score

Payments marked off the moment they land

What owners say

I used to lose the first Sunday of every month to a spreadsheet. I have not opened one since March, and my accountant told me this was the cleanest set of books she has ever had from me.

Questions, answered

What you need to know, where your bank details go, who else can see the books, and what happens when the trial ends.

No. Ledger Liev keeps the double-entry bookkeeping running underneath and shows it to you in plain numbers: what came in, what went out, what is left and what is set aside for tax. The detail is there if you want it, but you never have to look at it.

You authorise a read-only connection through your own bank's login, so Ledger Liev can see transactions and can never move money. You can revoke that access from inside the app whenever you like.

Invite them. They get a view of the same books and can pull the reports and the year-end pack in the format they already use, which usually cuts down what they have to bill you for.

You choose a plan when you are ready and nothing is charged until you do. If Ledger Liev turns out not to be for you, export everything and walk away.

Both. On your own, everything sits in one login. With a team, everyone sees the same books and you can tell who entered what, which is what usually goes wrong when a spreadsheet gets shared.

Yes, whenever you want, whether you stay or not. Export the whole lot as a spreadsheet or as the file your accountant already reads.
